The EUC Division of Broadcom (EUC) is progressing towards becoming a standalone business under the ownership of KKR. KKR’s decision to acquire EUC was announced in February, and the transaction is expected to close later this year.
We’re excited that KKR has shared that they plan to bring added focus and investment to customer relationships. Omnissa is the name and brand we will use as a standalone business under KKR ownership.
